I just installed my ooma system tonight. I noticed when I hooked my scout unit up, its "ooma" light glows solid orange/yellow (not red) and the phone attached to it does not work. The scout is connected to the ooma hubs wall plug. Any suggestions on how to fix this.

An orange tab indicates a hardware failure with the Scout - please <a href="https://www.ooma.com/support/contact.php">contact</a> ooma Support so we can send a replacement unit to you.
