I just got my OOMA installed for a few days and my friend got blocked when she called me from her home number. I then went to My Ooma and uncheck the "Anonymous Call Block" option and she has no problem getting thru after that. But the funny thing is that her number is not a private or anonymous number, and the caller-ID did show her name. I thought the "Anonymous Call Block" is supposed to block calls that don't have caller ID. If so, then why was her call being blocked? Does anyone have similar issues?

I found the cause of the issue/confusion. When I checked the call log in My Ooma, I found that her name was indeed listed as "Anonymous" and it was my Panasonic phone that mapped her phone number to the name displayed. The Anonymous Call Block feature is working as it's supposed to :-)
