Don't tell ooma, but, they have not sent me any bill yet since I have had the system. I have been calling all over the United states for free! When do you think they will catch on?

Same thing has happened to me. Several months of service and NO bill.

Let's tell all of our friends about the "mistake" that ooma is making so they can get free service too! ;)

IF Ooma ever fails, and we need to port, we'll want a bill.

Without a bill it will be difficult or impossible to port.

I wish Ooma would optionally send us a monthly statement via email. Just as a long term precaution.

Other than that I love Ooma and support it. I suggest it to friends. I've ported one of my 2 home phone numbers to Ooma.

I just hope Ooma doesn't crash and burn.
