No Signal?

All of the lights on my Telo are solid blue, but handset won't work, no dialtone. The screen says "Searching..." and antenna flashes. I've checked all connections and the handset is charged.

Try a factory reset of the handset.

Push the red button until it turns off.
Press and hold the left soft key (above the green key) and the zero key.
Press and release the red key.
After the handset turns on release the left soft key and the zero key.

Press and hold the Antenna key on the Telo for at least 5 seconds.
The handset should be ready to enter your pin.
