This guy should be mad at the seller and not Ooma.

Corrected Telo link with seller's disclaimer "Please understand I am just selling the device. I cannot be responsible for any compatibility issues, cannot offer any setup help, and am not responsible for any services you might need to get the device functional. I am only responsible for it operating properly."

That item is just a handset.

This guy only had to come to Ooma.com, go to support and search for "used"

Then, he would have found: https://www.ooma.com/app/support/reacti ... oma-device

Just another case of no personal responsibility; it is always other people's fault.
