I see a couple calls on ooma's site that I don't think I made. What's the best way for troubleshooting this? I don't think my phones document outbound calls.

If it were me, I'd just dial one or two of them and see who answers. It might trigger a thought or two.

Do you have any devices (TiVo, ReplayTV, DirectTV, alarm system, etc) that make automatic calls?

Or you could Google the phone numbers to see who they belong to.
