lights on telo aren't working even though the device is work

Post by jazzycat » Sat Mar 24, 2012 12:13 pm

OK. So the blue light that tells you your ooma is on and working, is off. The phones still work. The device still works, but the lights are out. WTF? Anyone know anything about this and what to do? I would call them, but it's the weekend and they're closed.

And that's another thing. Why don't they have business hours during the weekend? I love the service, but this is the second problem I've had in a month. A $200 device should not have this kind of problem after only 6 months, and the $50 handsets should not have battery issues. grrrr

Make sure the lights aren't turned off by touching the middle icon in the top row on the Telo. It will cycle the brightness through several levels.

Push the center button in the top row to change the light intensity.

Thanks. That middle button did the trick. I have NO IDEA how it got turned off, because no one ever goes in that room but me, and I haven't been in there in awhile. Maybe the cat did it. :D
