My friend has tried to use her office phone to calls my ooma but it doesn't work. She got a message said my ooma can't accept her phone call (she is working for government). However, when she tried to call my brother's ooma, it worked.

Thanks for any help.

Can you successfully call your friend's phone number at the government office?

This is usually a routing issue that has to be taken care of by Ooma Customer Support:

Customer Support
Email: support@oomacare.com
Phone: 1-888-711-OOMA (6662)
Monday-Friday 7am-7pm PST
Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm PST

Another thing to do is to have your friend contact someone in her government organization and report that she can't get through to a "know working phone number". (Your Ooma phone number). That way the problem will be worked from both sides.

Just a thought...

Make sure you don't have Anonymous Call Block on. They may be calling you with a blocked caller ID.
