Unable to block specific number

Unable to block specific number

Hello,

I have been getting a call from a known number [(617) 603-0232] EVERYDAY. Sometimes twice a day. I answer and they just hang up. I added the phone number to my activated blacklist. I checked the boxes to "enable personal blacklist" and saved.

Any other suggestions?

With the number in your blacklist, are you still getting calls from this number?

Call Ooma customers service to report this issue; could be isolated issue only affecting you.
