My Telo Handset does not pass any audio when on a call. I get and hear a dial tone normally but when I dial a number I cannot hear it ring through the handset and when it connects I cannot hear any audio from the other end. The number I dial also does not hear me, the phone display indicates a valid connection to the number dialed.

I had this problem before, but then it went away and now it is back.

Resolved. I tried the 1 hour power down reset of the main Telo unit i have seen suggested in other posts and that solved the problem. I think it's related to changing preferences on my.telo.com.
