This thread is essentially the same as:

Your above quoted configuration is the way you should safely configure your network and its working for you too :-)

Basically let your router do its job (route) let OOMA do its job (VOIP server) and everything is cool. It wouldn't hurt since we're talking internet applications to throw a firewall up there too but you've probably got some firewall type support in your router that you can enable to help protect your network.
