When I go into my call log, the last date shown is Nov 22. No calls received, made or missed are showing up after that date. Any ideas?

Leave the Ooma Telo unpowered for at least 20 minutes to allow the Ooma servers to rebuild/correct/repair your Ooma profile.

Also you may have to do the 20 minute power cycle up to three times.

Did it one time then came back here to say it didn't work. Saw your answer about up to three times. I get answers before I ask the question.
