I have found that my handsets fall asleep after 3-4 days of inactivity. If press the green button, i do not hear the dial tone chime. What does work is rebooting the phone (disconnect then reconnect battery) - Has anyone else had this problem?
I called support and got a mindless drone who aploogized for this equipment behavior - no acknowledgement that it was a problem or a fix is in the works
