I just noticed on my account and read an e-mail after almost 2 weeks from Ooma stating that there is a change from yearly $11.75 taxes to $3.47/month. Igot the response from support guys promptly and I have asked for a clarification on whether this is change of TOS that is on the original box.

I am happy Premier subscribed user and am a very light user. I was wondering if this change is applicable to all the original Telo users. BTW, I purchased my unit first week of October 2009 when it came out.

This is happening to all that's paying $11.75 currently but at different times (I think).

yes, I received the same notice too, I activated Ooma around Dec, 2009, and one Ooma Telo went dead already within 18 months. Depending on the lifetime of the device, monthly cost may not be that cheap compared with other VOIP providers on the market.
