I've been using Ace Innovative for quite a few years. They not only offer a Static IP to residential accounts, but it comes with no port blocking, .i.e. they don't care if you have traffic incoming on port 80 or outgoing on port 25.murphy wrote: A static IP address is assigned by the ISP and you have to manually enter it into the first device after the modem.
