Will a handset work better?

I have had Ooma for almost 2 years now with little complaint, although sometimes our phones don't work all that well. I haven't known if this is an Ooma problem (garbled voices sometimes, dropped calls, that sort of thing.)

I have wondered if an actual handset from Ooma might work better???? Anyone tried both and can comment?

Also, can I get more than one and have them on the same line? We do not currently have Premier. And if we get Premier can we then change them to 2 different numbers?

Unless you have a non DECT 6.0 cordless phone, it is likely that your quality issues will still be there even with a Telo handset.

You can use 2 handsets or more on the same line or assign 1 or more to personal numbers (requires Premier).
