I've had my Ooma hub for almost 2 months now. I called Ooma support 3 times about not having an outgoing caller-id name. Support promised twice it was fixed.

It still isn't. Ooma is advertising outgoing caller-id, but not delivering.

Bobby B, anybody in support, can you please help me. I'd like to have caller-id name on my outbound calls.

What do I have to do to get it? Calling Ooma support doesn't seem to work. :(

Yeah, Bobby B. I hate to complain on a day like today, but my caller ID has never reflected my name. I'll take a note too!

Mine only shows my number. still waiting on my scout to show ID. I'll take a note too

Thanks so much for your help. Also thanks for the status you provided today. It was helpful to immediately understand it wasn't my unit or internet connection and to have regular updates.

Ooma provides fantastic service. You are a corporate treasure.

My outgoing CID names have been working fine since my porting was completed. Before that, my first line showed as "OOMA Inc" and my second as "California Caller".
