Hello

I have a Ooma Telo and a Uniden Dect 6 Phone. My call waiting caller ID CWCID doesn't work. I get caller ID when someone calls but not when I am already on the line. I purchased my Ooma in March of 2011 any help would be much appreciated. I read a lot on this forum about it being an issue and fixed in the past. Is it fixed? Also how do I know what firmware the telo has.

Someone else reported CWCID not working with Uniden; maybe you can report your model number?

You can access http://setup.ooma.com from any computer connected downstream from Ooma's Home port to see your firmware version.

If you have your Ooma connected to your router, then connect a computer to the Home port and access the setup page. You can setup port forward rule so you can just access the setup page by specifying the IP your router assigned to Ooma.
