Voicemail not being deleted properly?

Voicemail not being deleted properly?

Odd voicemail behavior.

No flashing light on Ooma device, flashing on phone.

Logged in online and deleted and phones stopped flashing.

You talking about regular phone connected to your Ooma or Scout?
Next time try calling your own number using the phone, check old VM and see if it clears.

thanks sounds like a bandaid to fix something on oomas ed

cleared it by logging in and deleting

I have seen issues reported where phones connected to the Scout experience issues with VM indicator sticking. I experienced it as well. Calling in to VM cleared it.
