Most Credit Card companies (Visa, MC, Amex) offer a free 1 year warranty extension for most things that you purchase on their credit card. So if your ooma breaks within the first two years I would make sure to check with the Credit Card Company that I purchased it with before shelling out some money to replace it with it.
This would apply to anyone even if you already paid to replace your device, as long as you are STILL in the 2 year window. ... anager.jsp ... ranty.html ... ype=intfaq

Your CC doesn't support this program no problem you can pay ooma $39.99 per additional year for up to 2 years. But to enroll you must be in warranty. ... d-warranty
