I want to understand the 2nd line options for non-prime subscription.
I only have the Telo base unit. In order to use the 2nd line, I need to have the Telo phone unit. After that, is the 2nd line only accessible using the Telo phone? If I am using the Telo phone, is the 2nd line available for other non Telo phones for call out and receive?

You must have a Premier subscription to have a second number or the instant second line.
