Ok, ooma app

Post by DawnW » Sat Feb 12, 2011 1:25 pm

I finally got myself an ipod touch. I would like to be able to make calls from it. I downloaded the app but it didn't ask for payment. Have I paid through Ooma or through itunes or what? Or have I not activated it yet (I can't get it to actually connect or work) but I don't want to download it again if I will end up paying again.

Thanks,
Dawn

You pay iTunes. Downloading again will be free.

You'd need to go into my.ooma.com to enable Ooma mobile. Get the password and enter into app. The userid is your main phone number with 1 in front.

You can try regenerating password, write it down (it won't show you again next time you visit the page) and try again.

I did that. I must be doing something wrong. I will try again tomorrow.

Thanks,
