New Subscriber - Cannot Listen to VM on Ooma Lounge

I just set up my ooma account. I logged into the ooma lounge and played my ooma welcome message voicemail. It plays the first second and than crashes Microsoft Internet Explorer. Using Dell Dimension 9200 w/ Windows XP SP2 and Explorer 7.0.5730.11. Looks like it was a problem with Adobe Flash Player.

I was able to play this message on the ooma hub.

I would update flash and java to the newest version and try again.
I use IE 8 with no problem.

You may have answered your own question regarding the problem. I would strongly consider installing Service Pack 3 and any newer updates. I would also make sure that my versions of Java and Flash player were the latest. I just updated my version of IE to 8.0.6071 but that build may not be available to the general public yet.

Thanks! I am now using IE8 Beta for XP. That fixed the problem.
