Even though my ooma hub has a blue light and I can surf the web just fine, I don't get a dial tone when I pick up the phone. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

Did you already try powering all devices down & then powering back up in sequence.

For example: with all devices off in this config: Modem>Ooma>pc

1. power modem up & allow some time for it to come online
2. power Ooma up & allow some time for it to come online
3. power pc

I had this problem and found out that if I was retrieving my voice mail and had saved voice mails that when I finished listening to my new voice mail that it stayed in the VM condition waiting for me to either read my saved mail or pressing the stop button the little square. When I pressed the square it then started working.
