Right around the first year anniversary of my Ooma Telo unit, it just stopped turning on. I tried plugging it in various power outlets but no luck. Has anyone else seen the same problem? Any way to hard-reset this unit?

Ooma includes a one-year standard warranty on all devices. So if it's close you'd better check the date when you bought the Ooma Telo, and if it's less than a year call customer service.

If it's past a year, check and see if your power adapter has failed. The easiest way is, if possible, to get the loan a friend’s power adapter for testing.
