I am unable to use two different corporate conference lines startng with 877 or 866. When I dial I hear the greating but it does not recognize my dial response (codes, etc). I know my phone is working otherwise, because I can call my corporate voice mail and dial promts to get into it. Also, I was able to dial OMMA support and get to support to log a call. A similar wide-spread OOMA issue happened several months ago and I recall it was an OOMA telco providor issue of some sort. Is anyone else having issues with conference lines? :!:

This is probably a routing or port isssue that Ooma will have to take care of. You were wise to call Ooma customer support.
