I just bought the OOMA telo a couple of months ago and it was just working fine. However, recently, my OOMA telo would lose signal every 2-3 days causing us to have to hard-reboot it over and over again.
I initially thought that it was because of my cable modem, but whenever it occurs, I checked my internet connection and it was working just fine.
My connection setup is "cable modem-ooma-router".
I'm thinking to return the ooma to get a newer one, but as of right now I'm trying to find out that the problem is with the OOMA and not my other network devices.
Thanks in advance for any ideas/help that you guys can throw my way to fix this problem.
