Greetings!
First queston: While my number is being "ported" my voice-mail seems to go to my old provider but the logged calls appear on my dashboard. Is this supposed to happen?
Second question: My handset won't ring. It's not muted, not forwarded, so what gives. Incoming callers hear the ring until voice-mail picks up. What's the problem? :?:

until the port it still rings only on your old line.you can either forward the calls to a temp # on your ooma or use landeline mode (plug current POTS) INTO THE WALL PLUG INPUT ON THE BACK OF THe ooma telo..

also you need to call cs to have the telo put in lanline integration mode.
