I have blacklisted certain 800 numbers via the call log but the calls still ring through.
Any ideas why this is happening?

Is it the exact same number each time. Sometimes companies have a few different numbers. Our black list has worked well with the two numbers that are on it. The national do not call list has also worked well for us.
