Received the Telo yesterday, however, it did not contain the handset or bluetooth adapter. BT adapter was sent independently via USPS, arrived yesterday as well.

Finally received the Telo handset, there are some really nice features, and some really disappointing confirmations. I love being able to send a call to voicemail without getting up, the integrated contact list with My Ooma is nice as well. The display is horrible and a NiMH battery is bound to have memory problems down the road.

All in all, the process rated about a 2 on a 10 scale for customer service and communication. I am happy with the choice, but Ooma has some serious customer service issues to work on.
