Ooma Down and Customer Service Phone Support Down also

Post by midwaybrit » Thu Jun 17, 2010 2:53 pm

What is going on ? Ooma has been down here most of the day. Customer Service doesn't even ring - you just get "lines are busy". Nothing on the web site about any outages, so now I'm worried.
Anyone else having the same problem ?

Hello,

Yes, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our
support lines. We are working actively to restore them.

You say technical difficulties with the support lines, but are there also problems with service itself ?

Working fine here, if there was a widespread outage you would see a flurry (blizzard?) of posts, so it's likely a local issue with your ISP or your equipment.

Not much anyone here can offer for suggestions without knowing something about your setup, what kind of Ooma unit you have, what the lights on the Ooma device are displaying, etc.
