Working fine here, if there was a widespread outage you would see a flurry (blizzard?) of posts, so it's likely a local issue with your ISP or your equipment.

Not much anyone here can offer for suggestions without knowing something about your setup, what kind of Ooma unit you have, what the lights on the Ooma device are displaying, etc.
