I only have the basic service and up until May 1, I had been receiving email alerts when a voice mail was received (no attached sound file). I would then log into the website to listen to the message. I no longer receive these emails alerts. Did I inadvertently change something on my Telo, my website settings, or was the service changed? I verified the email address on my account profile and it is correct.

Was that a change in the basic service since my "Free" premium trial period ran out in January? As I stated, I was getting a email notice without the attached voice message (which was fine), but I WAS getting notified up until May 1.
