Whenever someone tries to call me, the phone connected to the ooma system wont work, but if the phone is connected to the house, then it works. It has been over 4 weeks after i bought the number forwarding, but the ooma system still won't work. Any solutions?

Can you give us more information? I assume it is an Ooma Telo that you have... Do you have the phone plugged into the PHONE PORT of the Telo? What exactly do you mean when you say you bought number forwarding? Do you mean porting? Also, do you have a landline integrated with Ooma? if not, is your home phone service disconnected from the wiring in the house?
