It is possible that you didn't upload your application files correctly. Please check whether all your application files are uploaded.
A required library may not installed. Please install all libraries that this application requires.

No idea what 'Ruby on Rails' is, but I can't get signed into My Ooma either. I get:

We're sorry, there was a problem processing the page.

Any idea what's wrong or when it might be back??

Not sure if its related, but I get the same error message when I try to change my preferences for a longer number of rings before voice mail kicks in ("We're sorry, there was a problem processing the page.")
