I know the industry standard is to make it painful to downgrade service; but i am not using the features of premiere as i thought i would. it would be nice since to make changes without having to make a phone call. Your product really doesnt need customer service to allow me to change my plan online. Your quick to take my money online... I changed VOIP service from packet 8 for this reason.

Your customer support line doesnt appear to take emails and is not open when i get off work.
