I like my Ooma service and got my mom and 2 other friends to switch over. I manage mine and my mom's account on my computer and when I go to My Account, it says how much longer I have of the Premier trial period, and gives me the option to "opt out" when it's over. I said to opt out on both accounts but when I revisit My Ooma (next time I logon), it always has the option to opt out.

Shouldn't it now give me the option to "Opt In"? I only need the basic services and my credit card info is on my account page. How do I know if I am really OUT after the trial period?

I suggest calling CS. I opted out of mine and it didn't give me the Opt Out option any more.
