Just wanted to give a shout out that my Caller ID issues are resolved. I had mailed (not called) Ooma support about the CNAM entry, but never got any response. Turns out, Ooma does respond, albeit slowly. It took about 3 weeks before Regina from Ooma contacted me, and the following day my Caller ID issue was resolved. Thanks Regina!
While I am happy with the service, it would be nice if Ooma makes some changes on how it handles its support. When I sent an email, I should at least have been sent an acknowledgment (better yet, with an estimated time when the issue will be addressed/looked into). I understand giving out a wait time of 2-3 weeks does not reflect good on a company, however, not communicating with the customers looks worse. I wish Ooma the very best, and look forward to saving some serious moolah by moving exclusively to Ooma in the next month.
