I just called support and they seem unaware of the problem, so I'd encourage everyone who is experiencing this to call in and report it, too.

Same thing is happening to me with the phones on the Scout. We can resolve it on a case by case call with **0, but we'd prefer not to do that in the long run. Hopefully Ooma can resolve this problem.

I hate to have to call Customer Service as I have always had bad luck with them. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

We've filed a bug for this & are working to resolve this issue.

Is there any fix or update for this ? I am having the same issue. Everything was fine last week but something changed earlier this week.

I too started have same problem. Called CS and the person I talked to didn't seemed to be aware of the problem.

How about an update NTOY?

I am also experiencing the same problem where the hub and scout show the same caller ID. I have not made any configuration changes in weeks.
