I just called support and they seem unaware of the problem, so I'd encourage everyone who is experiencing this to call in and report it, too.

Same thing is happening to me with the phones on the Scout. We can resolve it on a case by case call with **0, but we'd prefer not to do that in the long run. Hopefully Ooma can resolve this problem.
