This week's 1/29 Fry's ad has Ooma Telo for $239.99 *before* $40 instant rebate (final price $199.99) plus you get Free Telo handset. Just bring both up to the counter and the Telo handset will ring up as free.

Verified in a couple of states so probably applies to all Fry's but check your local ad if going to Fry's is a hassle.

This is right. The deal is valid until Feb 4th, 2010. Ooma is a great deal. This is my second Ooma. The first one is under grandfathered account called ooma CORE which is completely free for lifetime. There is not even a $10.95 charge like new subscribers to ooma. The free ooma telo handset cannot save name on contact numbers.

The best part about ooma you can take anywhere in the world wherever there is highspeed and your family can call you back and you can call them back as the number issued is a U.S. number

Looks like this deal is good at frys.com also which makes it even better for people in states that don't have Fry's as:

Fry's only charges sales tax for AZ, CA, GA, IN, IL, TN, TX , NV, and WA.

Shipping is free on the Telo (shows up as credit when you checkout) but they charge shipping on the Telo handset which probably works out to around $7.

So $207 out the door for Ooma Telo + Telo handset if you don't live in one of the states listed above.
