I started this post. For clarification: It was sales thast had me on hold for over 10 minutes, not cust service. Cust service answeres promptly. In my experience. As far as my problem that's not getting resolved, it's not a technical one. It's a matter of turning on my premere service. I bought premere and had my number ported. All went well. About 2 weeks later I saw that my premere was cancelled. I called a week ago and got a service ticket. Still no results. How hard could it be? Type in a command?
I'm hoping somwone from Ooma is reading this. I/we love the concept, and want to keep it alive. So ... Please guys, Wake up.
