just got ported and lost the inbound caller # & ID, plz help

My phone number was ported today, took 16 days, not too bad...

However, I notice that for inbound calls, I can no longer see the caller's number and ID (those number and ID worked fine yesterday).... what is going on?

I believe I suppose to see the number and ID.

I am currently on the free trial account for the premium service and my ooma is the white box.

can someone help please?

Regardless of whether you have free or premier service, you should have caller ID feature.

Have you tried restarting your Hub? The email instruction I received said I should restart it to take effect the new changes to the account.
