However, I notice that for inbound calls, I can no longer see the caller's number and ID (those number and ID worked fine yesterday).... what is going on?
I believe I suppose to see the number and ID.
I am currently on the free trial account for the premium service and my ooma is the white box.

Have you tried restarting your Hub? The email instruction I received said I should restart it to take effect the new changes to the account.
