I just installed ooma 2 days ago...and then loaded 10 dollars prepaid minutes. Tried calling international today after getting my temporary number from ooma... and CANNOT do it! Message says that my prepaid minutes are zero!! It showed US10 yesterday and now zero, plus I cannot make international calls because it thinks there is nothing in the account!! Does this kinda thing happen a lot?

Update : Ooma customer service has fixed this issue and after a few tries I can now call International!! Yippee!! Thank you Norm!
