Hi,

We bought Ooma, used the number they gave us for a while, liked the service, decided to port our old number. We got the email from Ooma saying the port worked and was completed. We tested it out and it worked, but when I tried to call the number today, I got the "beep beep beep... this number is no longer in service" message. What is going on? How can I fix it? Who can I contact?
