Today my incoming calls stopped working. When I try to call my number is says my number is not working. I am had my ooma a few years so I did not panic, thought it would clear up. My outgoing still works. I tried to log on to my ooma and it says my number or password are wrong. They are not, so I am wondering what could be wrong. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

My ooma is totally down and has been down since about 7am this morning. It happens. About every 2 months or so the service will just randomly go down with no explanation.

My service is not down and has not been down since the outage last April.

Well day 3 and mine is still out. I have been an ooma customer almost since day one so I am happy. This is an odd one. I can call out and another ooma user can reach me but if anyone on a regular phone line calls they get the message that my phone number is no longer in use yada yada. So somehow my number is being blocked by something. Very odd, hopefully they can resolve it in a week or less. I will be patient for now since ooma always has been responsive. They actually answer phones and are very helpful. Hopefully it gets fixed. I doubt it is directly their fault but I have to look to them to get it resolved at this point.
