Inbox not showing all messages in some circumstances

Post by dyehya » Wed Oct 07, 2009 1:13 pm

When I first log in or click on the "Home" it directs you to https://my.ooma.com/inbox and for whatever reason it doesn't show some of my messages in my inbox even though it shows the other ones.
This is of https://my.ooma.com/inbox

I blocked out the actual number and name information for privacy reasons as well as in the second screen shot I highlighted the message that isn't shown unless you actually click on on the Inbox on the left side (circled) and then it shows the message.
Also why is it that none of my browsers can check for the Server Certificate Revocation?

On a side note I was going to set up my second free number and when I went to Add-Ons and it kept trying to charge me $4.99 even though I haven't used my free one yet.

I've seen it happen to me with older messages.

This might be what's going on....
