Can't get caller ID

Can't get caller ID

For some reason I cannot get the caller ID function to show up when the telephone rings.
Also I cannot get the multi ring to function.

When you activated, did you select to keep your existing number and integrate your landline by plugging the wall port on the Ooma hub into your house phone jack?

If so, then you need caller id from your existing landline phone service to get caller id on your Ooma connected phones. Also, multi-ring will not work for calls coming into your landline.
