My Ooma doesn't allow two devices at same time?!?

Post by cacophony » Sat Apr 27, 2013 7:03 pm

The My Ooma site doesn't seem to allow two different devices to be logged into the same account at the same time.

If I log into My Ooma on my home computer, and then log in with my phone, I immediately get logged out of the site on my home computer. Similarly if I log in on my phone, and then log in on my home computer, I'll immediately get logged out on my phone.

I'd like to just leave both logged in at all times, so this is incredibly annoying. I've never seen any other site do this.

There's a high priority bug open for this.

I can log in twice provided once logged in with Firefox and the other with MS Explorer.

Same device seems to be able to log in again even using the same brand of browser without booting out the other session.
