I posted this on the voicemail 101 string. I've had Ooma for about 2 years. I've really enjoyed it until this afternoon. I've always used firefox/yahoo as my browser and have always been able to play my VMs online (firefox 19 is the version I'm using now). This morning all was well. This afternoon, I'm blocked from the play/pause/stop buttons at the top of the VM Inbox page. I've tried deleting cookies, etc. and restarting the computer - no good. I can play my VMs in Internet Explorer. The box and handset are working properly. I don't want to have to use IE to get my VMs online. Tried chatting with an Ooma rep, but not worth the time. Anyone have any ideas? I'm not terribly computer savvy...
