I am having an issue with the My Ooma website. I recently signed up with Ooma and selected the Premier package. For the first few days, everything was working perfectly, and I could configure all of the Premier features. Now, each time I click on a Premier feature, it says "LIMITED TIME OFFER: Take a FREE test drive of the 20+ features available in Ooma Premier. Sign-up for a 30-day trial today!" -- even though customer support has me in the system as a Premier subscriber. I tried clicking on "30 day trial" anyway, and it comes up with a "We're sorry, there was an error processing this page. Report this error to Ooma" message. Under "Feature Subscriptions" it says, "You have not subscribed to any premium features." When I click on "Visit the Add Ons page to upgrade your Ooma service" it takes me to a blank page.

Clearly there is something wrong in the system (on Ooma's end) with my account. Yes, I have tried multiple browers, multiple computers with different OS's, clearing the cache, etc., so it is NOT my browser. Tech support in the Philippines said they would have to refer this to a system technician, but I have yet to hear back. If anyone from Ooma who knows what the problem is sees this message, please take a look.
