In my call log (ooma lounge), I've started to notice that when someone leaves a message, it generates two entries in the log. The first one indicates a missed call and lists the name and number of the caller correctly. The second entry indicates an incoming call (and the length of the message that they left), the number is correct but the name is says "unknown".
Seems like buggy behavior.
Anyone else seeing this or can say if this is the way it's supposed to be?
